PITTSBURGH, PA, April 22, 2008 — WESCO International, Inc. (NYSE: WCC), a leading provider of electrical MRO products, construction materials, and advanced integrated supply procurement outsourcing services, announced today that it would not submit any further bids based on Industrial Distribution Group, Inc.’s press release issued this morning that it had received a higher offer.
